3.4| || Quick Apply |Full-time|11 hours ago| Full Job Description Marketo Data Manager $50,000/yr salary - Reports to Marketing Operations Manager Position Summary: The Marketo Data Manager is responsible for analyzing and maintaining data in Marketo and ensuring accuracy of data between Marketo and Netsuite by monitoring the flow of data, building processes and policies around data entry, updates and management as well as providing reports. This person will be expected to protect and steward over the data with fierce intensity. Job Requirements/Responsibilities: Lead Entry and Verification – verify and append lead data as they come in through marketing or we get updates that current data is incorrect (i.e. return mail) Establish processes for how new leads and information is input into the system Establish guidelines for what information should be stored and ensure those guidelines are followed Work with Netsuite team to establish processes for updating lead and member information On-Going Database Management for Accuracy Ensure information is correctly updating between Marketo and Netsuite Work with Netsuite team to identify and reconcile inconsistencies Ensure information is correlating and updating correctly i.e. Membership level and verified status Manage duplicates Ensure consistent formatting of information i.e. how state abbreviations are stored Processing Returned Mail Develops policies, procedures, and controls for how information is entered into Marketo and updated between Marketo and Netsuite Make sure these processes are documented in detail Ensure we are in compliance with email, mail and texting laws and that the requirements to be incompliance are documented Keep marketing and tech teams informed by preparing reports on system performance and problems Provides data and reports as requested by marketers, communicators and mgmt. team Skills/Qualifications Database Management Promoting Process Improvement Presenting Technical Information Database Design Technical Understanding Attention to Detail Highly organized and responsible Analytic mindset and good problem-solving skills Experience and knowledge with Marketo is a must Certification preferred but not required Knowledge and experience with Netsuite is preferred but not required How this person this person works with team: Reports to Marketo Operations Manager Works with Marketo Campaign Manager on data needed for campaigns and ensuring processes are followed for data that may be taken in or updated by campaigns Works with Netsuite Data Manager to ensure accuracy of data/flow of data between systems Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) Matching Dental Insurance Flexible Schedule Flexible Spending Account Health Insurance Paid Time Off Parental Leave Referral Program Vision Insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: We will do initial interviews via Zoom.
