Job Title: Marketo Email Marketing Specialist
Reports To: Director of Marketing
Location: Remote

Job Purpose

Yankee Leisure Group is looking for an exceptional Marketo Certified Expert who is passionate about all things email marketing and conversion. The Email Marketing Specialist will work closely with our global marketing team to lead our Marketo strategies and tactical implementations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Yankee Leisure Group brands and the global marketing team to turn email marketing into a key revenue driver, using best practices in marketing automation, lead management, and revenue performance management.
• Examine and analyze current email marketing strategies and make suggestions on improvements based on analytics and deliverability trends.
• Manage projects to deliver the desired results in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, get feedback on designs, and present results.
• Spot new service opportunities and work with sales to close new service business.
• Work directly with clients to assist them in executing their marketing campaigns.
• Create emails, landing pages, and perform general program setup and maintenance in Marketo.
• Take ownership of project tasks to deliver the desired results in a timely manner.
• Work with the Director of Marketing and Digital Marketing team to plan and execute our web-based marketing strategy to grow our market position.

Qualifications:

• At least 5-years’ experience in the marketing field
• Marketo Expert Certification
• Extensive hands-on experience with the Marketo platform including email execution and reporting functionalities
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of marketing and sales processes in mid-size and large enterprises
• Deep expertise in marketing automation processes including lead management, campaign management, and online marketing
• Metrics-driven
• Strong project management and organizational skills
