Job Description We are seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to work closely with Product Managers to ensure the timely and effective delivery of Salesforce requirements in a variety of industry contexts. The Developer is responsible for managing all aspects of Salesforce.com (SFDC) including configuration, customization, and implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations. The Developer has proven experience with developing Lightning Components, Process Builder, Flows, Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs. 3 to 5 years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com developer. Responsibilities and Duties KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements. Strong knowledge of Lightning Component development is a must. Should have worked extensively in Process Builder and Flows. Strong experience in working in Agile Scrum Methodology using tools like JIRA Must have experience in Salesforce deployment using ChangeSets, Ant Migration tool Must have worked on Data Loader, SOQL, etc. Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions Ability to support Salesforce.com configuration tasks such as fieldpage updates, workflows, automated approvals, data update, and migrations Interface with business analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work products Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications Build client trust and respect, establish client relationships, and develop a rapport with the client Participate and engage in all team meetings. Required Experience and Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS Should have strong experience in developing lightning web components Certified Salesforce Developer Only. Must have historical and proven knowledge and practical application of Lightning Components, Process Builders, Flows, Visualforce, Triggers, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Services Salesforce Developer certification is highly preferred Experience with database software, Platform as a Service solutions Able and willing to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Take the initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem-solving, and decision making skills Knowledge of Agile methodologies
