Position Description:This position will manage the Marketing departments use of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform by:Independently creating target marketing lists using complex query building languagesManaging and utilizing multiple databasesCreating and maintaining the complex web of data tables to make data gathering easy and efficient for other stakeholdersProvide strategy and guidance in building sophisticated customer Journeys such as Account Opening, Account Usage, and other journeys Be the SFMC expert user and provide strategy to multiple departments by leading projects, campaigns, and initiatives to maximize SFMCs value and the Banks digital marketing performanceMonitor SFMCs usage, perform administrator duties including managing user permissions and accessibility, create and manage the distribution of the training library for current employee growth and new hire success and onboardingCreate campaign and promotion KPIs to report performance and guide future strategyCreate and manage all email tracking initiatives, web analytics, and system usage performance indicatorsLead system integration with roadmap initiatives with new brands and programsPerform project management duties to meet the customer communication needs of other business units within MidFirst BankStay on top of SFMCs new releases and features and provide updates to usersManage MidFirst Banks relationship with SFMC making sure we are within contract limitsPosition Requirements:Strong working experience with SQL creating complex queriesData management and Excel expertiseExperience with Tableau, Power BI preferredMarketing Cloud certifications a plus2+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Exact Target experience preferredExperience in email marketing a plusWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
