Proficiency in problem-solving by data driven Business Analysis, Business Case & implement Strategic initiatives. Expertise in drafting Product Requirement Document, Functional Requirements Document, and Design Documents. Proficient in Business Analytics, Market Analysis, Requirement Analysis, Operations, Manufacturing & Supply Chain. Expertise in interacting with Engineering, Operations, Risk, Legal, Business development, Sales & Product Marketing. Experienced Project Management Skills, Business Requirements, Analysis, Product, Documentation and leadership. Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Data Modelling, Data Presentation and ETL Reporting in Tableau, SQL, MySQL. Experienced in for Salesforce, SAP HCM, Marketing Automation, Ecommerce, Mobile Apps and Platform Services.
Qualifications

• Experience; 5 years of experience in IT (specifically in development, programming or testing) or P&C Insurance domain (specifically in underwriting, billing or claims departments working as a business development or processing expert and be recognized as a team leader. Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes. Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment .
