Are you an experienced MuleSoft Developer and looking for a good, stable long-term opportunity? We are just implementing MuleSoft and working with a 3 rd party to help with this effort. We are adding to our IT team someone on a contract to perm basis that knows MuleSoft and can help guide our implementation of the tool and it's integration with our ERP and MDM systems among others.

For this new MuleSoft opportunity, your responsibilities would include:

• API architecture, API best practices, and CI/CD deployment procedures
• Develop unit tests to ensure quality standards
• Diagnose and remediate complex production issues
• Recommend solutions to new business opportunities

We are looking for someone that has a background in Java development and has 2 or more years of recent MuleSoft development specifically with Version 4. You should also have the following experience for this role:

• Strong understanding of the MuleSoft API-led Framework (system, process, experience)

• Experience across Mulesoft platform components (e.g. API Manager, CloudHub, AnyPoint Studio, Dataweave and Anypoint MQ)
• Ability to troubleshoot Mule ESB (debuggers / flow analyzers), deployment, and tuning
• Experience on MuleSoft version 4.x with both on-premises servers and CloudHub
• Experience in hands-on coding of MuleSoft APIs and MuleSoft Anypoint Studio
• Ability to help standup a new fully functional Mulesoft environment
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL development
• Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs
• Experience implementing HTTP related security (e.g. OAuth, SAML, JWT, Identity Management)
• Building CI/CD pipelines (TFS/Azure DevOps preferred)
• Experience writing RAML specs
• Experience using API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, ARC, REST-assured, or similar)
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

This is a contract to hire position and we will not be able to sponsor so you will need to be able to work legally for any employer with no sponsorship. Our offices are located throughout the US but our HQ in the St. Louis, MO area so we would prefer you work in our Corporate HQ but remote work is a possibility as well.
