Enterprise Middleware and Data Services team within Salesforce Business Technology is currently seeking a team member from integration background and who is detail-oriented, proactive self-starter to support various integration applications deployed in production and non-prod environments in Mulesoft ESB (On-prem and cloudhub), Jitterbit and Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities:
Provide day to day operational support for Mulesoft integration platform and applications to ensure service level agreements are met including platform and application availability SLA, Case response/resolution SLA, Root cause analysis and resolution.
Collaborate with internal Engineering and Product management team members to triage and resolve production issues/bugs
Engage with Internal Mulesoft integration scrum teams to support delivery process for FnE and Projects across various business domains
Setup and manage Business groups, Environments, VPC, VPN and Load Balancer in Mulesoft anypoint cloudhub organization.
Partner with Trust, Security and other operations teams to enable IP based whitelisting for new integrations applications to communicate with various boundary systems
Install and configure Mule ESB, Jitterbit and other supporting infrastructure like Rabbit MQ, Splunk, Gemfire Cache
Monitor production platform for resource utilization (CPU, Memory and Disc) and proactively address any potential issues/risks.
Monitor application deployed in production environments and proactively resolve system and data issues
Deploy Integration applications to Production and Non-Production environments using out of the box deployment tools, or Jenkins jobs.
Partner and collaborate with architects and lead engineers for designing and implementing new integration applications
Develop shell/python scripts to automate and improve support process, and to reduce manual work.
Create reports, dashboards and alerts in Splunk to proactively monitor integration applications
Document support process, standard operational procedures, support reference manuals.
Maintain and demonstrate 100% compliance with all written security policies, SOX procedures, and change management controls

Required Skills:
Mulesoft developer or administrator certification
4+ years of experience with Mulesoft ESB administration (Cloudhub and On-Prem V3.x, v4.x)
4+ years of experience using Unix/Linux OS environments
4+ years of experience with any AMQP or JMS technologies
4+ years of experience with Oracle database and SQL queries
1+ years experience with Salesforce administration and SOQL
Very strong understanding of Java or Java based technologies
Familiar with integration strategies like API-led connectivity in Mulesoft
Good understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and concepts
Willingness to learn and master unfamiliar technologies and/or concepts
Familiarity and comfort working within strict Change Management and Release Management processes
Exceptional research skills and resourcefulness, Strong technical problem solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex application issues
Demonstrated ability to build and execute efficient business processes and methodologies.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an emphasis on tone, structure, grammar, and spelling
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor degree in computer sciences, programming or a related field
Familiarity with Software Release Management principles and methodology including Adaptive Delivery Methodology (ADM)
