Care Health Plan Strategic Project CMS Interoperability Mandate Job Summary Full stack Mule Engineer helps design and implement LA Care's API based interoperability to exchange data with following external parties efficiently and accurately in the future. Members Providers Specialty Vendors County State Other Health Plans (when member moves) He will be working with the architecture, business, application and IT infrastructure teams. Analyze business and technical problems and develop appropriate solutions. The ideal candidate would be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, with the ability to discuss and understand HealthCare business partners across all operations. This person must be well organized, flexible, motivated and enjoy the challenges of supporting a complex, changing environment, with attention to detail, at times under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. The ideal candidate will build relationships throughout business units, our customers, and their teams to ensure that the services provided are of exceptional quality. Will to design and build SOAMicroService architecture under the direction of the other Architect's. Standard Duties and Responsibilities Will be accountable for analyzing and designing Integration and Interoperability domain architecture to meet the information technology and business requirements Strong experience in designing and building solutions with Mulesoft and ACM Portal. Create Build and Deploy Microservices using Mulesoft as integration technology Create build CICD Architecture within Mulesoft. Strong hand-on experience with RAML, SWAGGER, XML, JSON, REST API's, JAVA, XPATh, and Mulesoft Dataweave Language. Supports in-house project teams to implement integration solutions Provides technical guidance to various departments Works closely with development teams to ensure compliance with LAC architecture guidelines and engineering standards Supports and creates detailed design documents, process documents, standards documents, and governance documents Works closely with IT Solutions Delivery areas to identify and resolve integration and workflow considerations and issues Delivers solutions on schedule and provides accurate work estimates for work assignments Assists with POCrsquos for overall system design and architecture validity Years of DirectRelevant Experience Required 10+ years of experience Describe the types of previous job experience required 7 years of experience writing JAVA applications 3 to 5 years of experience designing and building solutions with Mulesoft and ACM Portal. Experience using GIT Strong understanding of process and queuing design patterns Excellent writing skills Demonstrated experience designing and building enterprise level canonical models Experience in multiple database platforms, including NoSQL, SQL Server and Oracle Experience working with end users to understand requirements, high level designs and build technical solutions.
