Are you interested in generating business impact for one of Salesforce's quickest growing business units? The MuleSoft’s Digital Marketing team is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to help them grow marketing pipeline and ACV.

In this role, you will be uniquely positioned to shape and scale an existing ABM program, and to refine and grow your leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the team in orchestration of ABM user journeys across digital demand channels, delivering insights, analysis and optimization that result pipeline growth
  • Unlock asset and creative optimization as an incremental revenue lever with partnership across Integrated Campaigns, Lifecycle, Content, Creative, Web and Mops teams
    • Act as champion and team lead for cross-channel creative/asset analysis and optimization
    • Spearhead and manage quarterly learning plans and QBRs with Content and Creative teams
    • Represent the Core Digital Team in communicating content, campaign and creative learnings to the broader Marketing and PMM organizations
    • Build partnership, frameworks and process to shape the content and campaigns calendar via testing and data-driven insights
  • Own, manage and grow the content syndication channel
    • Manage multiple vendors to ensure effective targeting, asset promotion, consistent lead delivery, and quality assurance
    • Partner with Paid Social and SEM leads to ensure ABM strategic cohesion and execution consistency
  • Act as the team’s point of contact with the Creative and Content teams for new asset development, testing and ad versioning
    • Work with Content team to create landing pages for new assets and ensure proper back-end operations are setup to support page launch
  • Test new marketing tools and channels, as well as lead new vendor onboarding to maintain edge in innovation, test marketing tools and channels
  • Assist digital marketing leadership on reporting, dashboarding, and funnel analysis on an on-going basis
  • Lead team in budget optimization across channels and keep an eye on overall team budget pacing
  • Mentor and nurture junior team members on channel analysis and optimization strategies

Qualifications
  • Experience across multiple paid channels (SEM, Paid Social, Display), with expertise in ABM strategy
  • Experience running content syndication programs
  • Working proficiency of Marketo or similar platforms for list management, campaign setup, campaign orchestration, lead management, tracking and reporting
  • Working proficiency of Salesforce or other CRM platforms for reporting and analysis
  • Working proficiency with Google Analytics, Tableau or other reporting tools
  • A balance of data-driven and experience-centric
  • Understanding of the SaaS business model and the B2B sales cycle
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members
  • Self-starter with the ability to use data and industry insights to make strategic decisions
  • Experience with managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas with others (junior to executives) and persuade audience to align to a single strategic point of view
