MuleSoft thrives off of the success of our customers, and we’re looking for technically adept, customer-facing integration software engineers to engage, retain, and enable our customers to fully utilize their subscriptions and services on an ongoing basis. As a technical consultant,, you will contribute to architecture improvements, API design reviews, and code reviews with customers, accelerating the adoption of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Critically, you will identify and develop new opportunities for expansion across the customer’s business while collaborating with the Sales team to ensure subscription growth and increased solution footprint. Through your partnership, customers will derive maximum value from their investments using MuleSoft’s methodologies, leading to project success, retention, and renewal. Skills that we are looking for in a candidate including but not limited to Strong foundation on Software Life cycle - Design, Build, Operate, Maintain Hands on experience in Integration technologies, API design and operations Hands on experience in Java, SOAP, XML, JSON, RAML, OAS, Messaging Ability to handle tactical (technical) issues and lead with example to manage strategic accounts for growth and success Understand various deployment topologies- On-prem, Cloud; integration patterns & strategies, and their application/fit on customer context Ability to lead conversations and presentations on topics like Integration best practices, testing, process automation, go-live readiness Technical Architecture reviews and road-map Ability to complete an end-end assessment - platform usage, integration scopes, troubleshooting, design patterns Participate in the continuous improvement of MuleSoft products by making technical contributions and by providing critical updates from the field; collaborate routinely with Customer Success Architects and Engineering/Product Management What you will achieve: First 3 months Get trained on MuleSoft Anypoint platform through series of training - self learning and instructor led Understand concepts like API Lifecycle - Proxies, Policies, Analytics Design and development using Designer & Studio Gain competency in integration patterns - batch, real time; understand concepts like DW, Exception Handling Shadow/ Attend customer calls to gain competency in content delivery and product suite Lean towards owning basic tactical issues example - SSO Integration, VPC setup, etc. 3 months - 12 months Proactively own tactical issues to closure Work on advanced topics - Enterprise wide logging and monitoring strategies, Security, Go live strategies, etc. Get acquainted with Customer success offerings to help build strategic relationships with the customer.
