Job Title: Network Service Engineer IV

Locations: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: Long Term Contract

Duties:

• Responsible for Network Engineering support in Client features relating to SDN/NFV, Internet Exchange connectivity
• UAT design and execution, Prepare and deliver training to Operations teams
• Work with cross functional teams as necessary to troubleshoot and resolve network related issues (route, switch, firewall, datacenter).
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies and interconnections – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure

Technical Skills:

• 5+ years Proven hands-on network engineering experience
  CCNP or higher (CCIE preferred)
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, VXLAN, EVPN, L2, L3)
• Solid understanding of the Data Center networking, Cisco/Juniper/Palo Alto or similar vendor technologies
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
