Full-time|22 hours ago| Full Job Description Position Description W4Sight is seeking a full-time employee to work on Salesforce implementation projects with a variety of nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. Successful candidates will be experienced in deploying Salesforce solutions for nonprofit or higher education organizations, have strong data management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at one time. At W4Sight, you will be responsible for collaborating with the project manager on client engagements, gathering requirements, identifying workflow issues, and creating a path forward to reach project goals. The ideal candidate will have with the use of Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack, some level of technology background, and familiarity with the nonprofit sector. Technical Qualifications Salesforce Administrator certification Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud certification 2+ years of Salesforce day-to- day in-house or consulting experience using Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) Experience migrating data from various systems to Salesforce Experience in data design, modeling, and custom object design Ability to build click automation within the Salesforce platform. Apex development skills are a plus. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience required. Consulting Skills Ability to translate user business requirements to appropriate solutions. Familiarity with common nonprofit business processes including fundraising, grants management, volunteer management, and casemanagement. Familiarity with common nonprofit legacy systems such as Raiser’s Edge, Luminate, orNGO Connect a plus. Location: W4Sight is based in downtown Chicago, with local and national clients. Most of our client work can be done remotely. Candidates based in the Midwest region are preferred. Compensation: Pay will be commensurate with experience and skillsets.
