2.8| || Quick Apply |Full-time|1 hour ago| Full Job Description General Description: Dry Force is searching for an Operations Analyst with a generalist, jack-of-all-trades background eager to jump in and contribute to the success of a quickly growing small company. You will work directly with the CTO and be responsible for creating scalable business structures and processes. The Operations Analyst will wear multiple hats, work with the leadership team on special initiatives, and be encouraged to identify new opportunities and solutions to improve all functions within the company. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, actively seeks new challenges, is driven to create structure, and has a passion for learning and teaching others Responsibilities Include: Document Business Processes Leading Process Improvement & Documentation: Assist leadership in the creation of scalable processes and development of consistent onboarding, training, and employee support programs for Salesforce and adjacent software applications. Leveraging Business Information Systems: Work closely with the CFO/CTO to maintain and improve business processes through salesforce and industry-specific software, occasionally stepping into a “developer-lite” role to discover and create solutions for the newest projects and challenges. Create Communications, Deliver Training, and User Support: Help business teams understand, adopt, and get value from improvements. Knowledge, Skill, & Ability Requirements: Knowledge base creation Familiarity with Salesforce (Administrator, Analyst, or Developer) Ability to configure objects, page layouts, workflows, profiles, permission sets, reports, and dashboards Engage all levels within marketing, sales, services, customer success, and IT to understand processes, goals, and gaps. Critically evaluate the current state and define target improvements to business processes, workflow, systems, integrations, and data. Technology-driven and willingness to occasionally serve an “IT” role… you’ll have to google it!
