Job Requirements:

• Has excellent working knowledge of Oracle Financials – GL , AP, AR , FA & CM
• Familiar with Chinese Localization and ebiz Taxes
• Familiar with O2C-P2P cycle and integration with financial modules - AR/AP
• Has Strong experience on Oracle R12 and has worked in a onsite lead/coordinator role in a dual shore model
• Able to troubleshoot issues and provide quick fixes
• Atleast 1 implementation &/or Upgrades exposure and has worked on Major enhancements or solutions with Global impact - to atleast 2 end to end cycles a plus 
• Excellent with Requirement gathering , mapping and solutioning
• Exposure to projects which involved Integration, Interfaces, Custom development, Support, Maintenance & Migration
• Good coordination skills with Customer Team and offshore development team
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills – English plus Chinese
