Job Requirements:
NOTE: Chinese Mandarian Speaking - Must have
- Has worked as Tech Lead in Support under Dual shore model and is good with coordination
- Worked in Mutli-Org environment and Global Company
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL - Forms -Reports - XML Publisher
- Good Knowledge of Form personalization and Workflow customization
- Exposure to TCA , Finance and SCM Ebiz Tables and SLA
- Has Strong experience in R12 implementation &/or Upgrades - exposure to atleast 2 end to end cycles a plus
- Excellent with Requirement gathering , mapping and solutioning
- Exposure to projects which involved Integration, Interfaces, Custom development, Support, Maintenance & Migration
- Has acted as onsite consultant in onsite -offshore model
- Good coordination skills with Customer Team and offshore development team
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills - English plus Chinese
