Job Requirements:

NOTE: Chinese Mandarian Speaking - Must have 

• Has worked as Tech Lead in Support under Dual shore model and is good with coordination
• Worked in Mutli-Org environment and Global Company
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL - Forms -Reports - XML Publisher
• Good Knowledge of Form personalization and Workflow customization
• Exposure to TCA , Finance and SCM Ebiz Tables and SLA 
• Has Strong experience in R12 implementation &/or Upgrades - exposure to atleast 2 end to end cycles a plus 
• Excellent with Requirement gathering , mapping and solutioning
• Exposure to projects which involved Integration, Interfaces, Custom development, Support, Maintenance & Migration
• Has acted as onsite consultant in onsite -offshore model
• Good coordination skills with Customer Team and offshore development team
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills - English plus Chinese
