Job Summary ActiveProspect is seeking a Pardot Campaign Specialist to join our talented Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be an independent worker who is detail-oriented and highly organized. A positive, influential marketing automation and campaign expertise, with a problem-solving attitude is a must for this role. The Pardot Campaign Specialist will report to the CMO. Responsibilities and Duties Develop comprehensive, multi-week, multi-message, awareness programs utilizing gated and non-gated content along with associated form development and lead scoring capabilities. Possess a full understanding of campaign goals and assist with the development, execution, and measurement of campaign media plans. Manage internal expectations and aid in gathering of campaign performance reporting and analysis and provide to internal team members. Stay informed of current digital marketing best practices through competitive landscape analysis and industry trends to recommend new marketing tactics. Build and conduct testing plans for campaigns to measure the effectiveness of elements like subject link, message length, images, calls to action, etc. Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, responsive design, email testing, A/B testing, list segmentation and other aspects of email campaign execution. Qualifications and Skills 5+ years experience in a marketing automation campaign development-related role working with campaign management solutions that support omni-channel marketing programs and execution. Working knowledge and experience with sales and marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Marketo, and Salesforce.com. Strong analytics and reporting skills. Hands-on experience developing and documenting complex campaign business requirements for internal and external stakeholders Working knowledge and experience operating detailed, multifaceted, awareness programs. Professional writing skills for campaign and message development. Self-starter and displays ownership of initiatives. Enjoys collaborating with others and winning as a team.
