Responsibilities:Full project lifecycle and ownershipHands on and Architecture understanding of Salesforce technologies, in particular PardotUnderstand business goals and processes, requirements gathering, implementation, testing, migration, rollout, training and ongoing administrationExperience working in or with an agency, architecting and managing campaigns, drip marketing campaigns, journey definition, etc.Hands on configuration of CRM applications / Salesforce / Marketing Automation solutionsAuthoring reports and customer communicationsAssistance with the sales cycle (estimations), creation of new services and building of company intellectual propertyBe able to work in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, team environmentRequirements:Great customer skills, professionalism and entrepreneurial attitudeStrong technical aptitude, information technology architecture skills are requiredSalesforce.com administrator, consultant, development, Pardot certifications/badgesExperience with other marketing automation solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot a plus.Significant hands with large scale projects/implementations a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsProject management skills and experience leading teams a plusSome travel is possible but not more than 10%.Bachelors degree minimumSelf motivated, self-directed and ability to work independently and on a teamDesire to learn, quick thinker, analytical, detail oriented and creative problem solverMinimum of five years of business analyst, consulting and/or IT experienceMondayCall is a strong community of self-titled Salesforce geeks who are passionate about solving real-business problems.
