THE ROLE

ION is recruiting a Pardot Specialist to provide marketing automation services to our clients. This is a technical role, but will require the development of in-depth marketing knowledge and skills, ensuring that you can build powerful and effective solutions that will engage with many different audiences. You will create the exact customer experience you want within a powerful and flexible builder.

Your responsibilities will include consulting and implementing Pardot for new customers, as well as delivering services to current customers. This role is best suited for someone who is inquisitive and enjoys communicating with clients.

Full training will be provided, but you must be energetic, articulate and confident.

There is an exciting career path which includes becoming certified Pardot Specialist, then Consultant, before finally attaining Marketing Cloud certification.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementing Pardot (www.pardot.com)
• Building campaign landing pages
• Building email templates
• Building email campaigns
• Designing and building engagement plans
• Working with customers on data segmentation
• Designing lead management process
• Working with A.I. tools to provide powerful customer insights
• Integrating Pardot with Salesforce

EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED

• IT or Marketing degree
• Understanding of email marketing techniques, best practices, and metrics,
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS,
• Problem-solving attitude,
• A confident and professional attitude to work,
• Good verbal and written communication skills,
• Good organisational skills and attention to details

DESIRABLE

We don’t need all these things, but they will certainly help.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content production
• Experience of working with automated marketing tools, preferably Pardot
• Experience of using Salesforce CRM
• Experience of designing campaigns,
