Working within a dedicated client experience team and reporting into the Senior Marketing Automation & Tools Manager, you will support the campaign team to develop, test and continually improve effective campaigns within Pardot.

What you’ll be doing:
The role will primarily focus on:
- Journey configuration, testing and optimisation
Building effective engagement programs to drive the overall campaign goal, building and testing landing pages, email template, forms, creating campaign reporting dashboards/attribution frameworks (within Salesforce), monitoring lead scoring and grading, continuous testing and optimisation. Concurrently support multiple campaigns, ensuring prioritisation of your time.
- Data Management, Segmentation and Reporting
Analysis of audience attributes, data segmentation, data classification and enrichment, analysis of audience engagement, analysis of lead scoring model, assessing performance of data flow between systems and improving on data flow efficiency.
- System Maintenance and administration
Working with our Support team, perform administrative activities within Pardot such as automation, asset and folder maintenance, bug fixes, role and profile management and data audits. Raising issues and areas for development backlog to ensure that platform maintains a high level of performance.
What we’re looking for:
- System Experience – Extensive experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Pardot certified with an enthusiasm for staying abreast with updates and features in the system. The ability to make small configuration changes.
- Data focused – Enjoy working with data and an ability to work logically with it, having a strong appreciation for accuracy.
- Problem solving - An ability to quickly identify issues & their resolution be those from a technical, business operations, CX & commercial perspective alike.
- Solid communication skills; presentation style, verbal and written - Concise & articulate in all communications.
- Quick leaner/learn by doing - An ability to quickly adopt new processes & understand different platforms by getting your hands dirty.
- Marketing – A solid understanding of marketing principles and an interest in continuous learning.
- Project management - A good understanding of project management using agile methodologies and managing multiple stakeholders and campaigns.
- Interpersonal skills - Naturally able to develop a rapport & engage with technical and non-technical people alike.
About your experience:
- Ideally, although not essential, Salesforce Pardot Certified
- Good experience in marketing automation or similar
- Experience with B2B Marketing Analytics or similar
- Background in data segmentation and data logic
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Firm understanding of marketing channels and principles
- Firm understanding of how Pardot integrates with Salesforce and connector set ups.
- Familiarity with: HTML/JavaScript, CSS etc. would be helpful but not essential.
