As a result of our continued success, and growth across the UK&I market, we're looking for a talented Partner Development Manager to manage, develop and grow our RSI's (Regional System Integrators) across the UK&I territory. Based in the UK, you will be responsible for our existing RSI's across the region, as well as recruiting additional RSI's in your territory. This is a highly collaborative role as you will be identifying the relevant RSI's and aligning them to our Enterprise Sales teams in each region, working on key accounts and aligning account plans and revenue generating activities.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Being the Executive Tableau point of contact for your RSI's - helping to develop our relationships across existing RSI's as well as identifying and recruiting additional RSI's across your territory.
  • Developing a deep understanding of your RSI's business strategy and defining specific Tableau growth initiatives that allow us to build mindshare with these partners.
  • Working with the SI’s data scientists, innovation and product teams to identify and position a solution offering and ensure Tableau is the Analytics tool of choice.
  • Increasing sales through these RSI's by aligning them to our Enterprise Sales teams - identifying target accounts, joint account mapping, account planning, QBR's, defining and positioning our solutions, joint pipeline reviews and forecasting.
  • Leveraging your relationships within these RSI's to further expand our executive level engagement, aligning these senior stakeholders to Tableau's senior leadership teams across the regions.
  • Driving executive and field relationships with leading professional services firms in order to drive top-line revenue growth and overall end-user adoption across all market segments.
  • Supporting sales activities webcasts, roadshows, contract negotiations.
  • Reporting results to key internal stakeholders including Marketing, Sales Teams, Product Teams and Executives.
  • Partnering with our marketing teams to develop channel marketing programs.

Who we’re looking for…

  • Experienced. You have several years of software, channel sales experience, and have a proven track record in successfully managing, developing, recruiting and onboarding System Integrators. Ideally, you also have some direct sales experience.
  • Domain Expert . Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modelling or business intelligence is highly desirable.
  • Missionary . You are a highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency and a belief in Tableau’s mission. You can go beyond relationship management.
  • Entrepreneurial . You have worked with start-ups and emerging organisations. You understand how to build and grow a successful business.
  • Excellent Communicator . You know what to say, and more importantly how to say it. You're comfortable talking across all levels of an organisation and are able to influence Executive stakeholders, both internally and externally, to build consensus across multiple groups to achieve goals.
  • Energetic and Creative. Energy and enthusiasm are your hallmarks. You think out-of-the-box and wow people with your interesting angles and quality work. You love the creative process – whether that’s selling a new customer or creating, implementing, and managing new processes.
