Role: Pharmaceutical Salesforce Business analyst

Location: Cary, NC

Duration: 6+ Months

Mandatory Skills: 5+ years of Pharmaceutical Business analyst, SFDC

Job Description:

•            6+ years of experience is required

•            Strong Agile Development Experience

•            Strong Business Acumen in Specialty Pharma or strong Pharmacy

•            In-Depth understanding of Process flows within Specialty Pharma 

o            Benefit Investigation     

o            Financial Assistance      

o            Prior-Authorization       

o            Nurse education            

•            Must have executed project in the Specialty Pharma Business

•            Strong verbal and written communication

•            Knowledge of SFDC Service cloud is a plus

•            Good knowledge in Salesforce (SFDC)

•            Demonstrated CRM experience within one or more industries

•            Works independently to test Salesforce configuration workflows, test case development, performance and load testing, End to End testing, and functional/regression testing (coding and development skills not necessary)
