An exciting opportunity has come up for a Senior Product Manager to join a London based Charity tackling the ever-growing homelessness crisis with the opportunity to enhance your existing skills and progress your career in a supportive environment.

As the Senior Product Manager, you will be an advocate for the system, looking at the platform from a strategic perspective and focus on the complete product lifecycle, maintaining the existing Salesforce platform, and identifying ways to improve the current offering to clients. Managing a Product Manager, Tester, and off-site partner developers leading projects from the discovery phase to testing and implementation.

The role as Senior Product Manager will give you the chance to grow the team with the addition of Project Managers, Technical Writers ect. and shape it how you see fit. Externally there will be an element of market research, looking into competitors' offerings to ensure their Salesforce Platform stays best in its class.

Desirable skills for a Senior Product Manager:

• Extensive Salesforce Knowledge is essential. (3+ years)
• Previous Project Management experience. (3+ years)
• Have a good understanding of SaaS systems, models & development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical issues.
• Current Salesforce and Project Management certifications.
