Job Description:

SourceFuse is looking for a diligent and proactive Agile Product Manager to join our team at the beach!Our casual, hard-working office is located a block from the ocean in the heart of the Jacksonville Beach. We are a nimble and productive team with flexible hours, autonomy, and an affinity for summer-time happy hour at one of our neighboring watering holes.The Product Owner is a critical function to ensure that all work in planning and execution is properly groomed, aligned to market value, negotiated for effective delivery, with a focus on high-value-delivery as frequently as possible.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years as a Product Owner or equivalent. References required.
• Continuous demonstrated success in product development, delivery, or professional services execution throughout the Product Life Cycle.
• 3+ years of experience practicing Agile development. Scrum preferred. Scaled Agile (SAFe) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in technical problem solving; root cause analysis; and data gathering,analysis, and reporting within a system/software quality assurance discipline
• Experience with working on Learning Management Systems / Educational domain would bepreferred.

Desired Experience & Skills:

Must be a highly self-motivated individual with a relentless delivery mindset. Must be a disciple of
Agile methodologies.Must act as an owner of the team backlog, motivate the team, and instill development rigor to ensure execution of that backlog.Must be focused on proactive planning and thoughtful execution. Ability to see the big picture while driving the tactical execution.Must be customer-centric in approaching prioritization.Align with leadership to achieve company goals, and translate those product goals effectively and enthusiastically into the scrum teams.Must be able to communicate effectively with a variety of direct reports, peers, leadership, and clients.
