Our IT Service Operations team provides holistic support and proactive monitoring to maintain the overall health of IT applications, tools and infrastructure in complex global businesses. We are subject matter experts in hardware, data and software, security, information access, system performance and data integrity. We currently have an opening on our Federal IT team for a Product Owner role United States Citizenship Required.
Collaborate/Partner with Federal IT Product Owners on Process, Procedures and Relationships.
Identify and document current state process, system, and data flows. Define future state requirements and perform gap analysis to provide solution recommendations
Partner with IT Development team to translate requirements into technical specifications
Develop comprehensive process scenarios/test scripts, track progress, and drive issue resolution during various testing cycles (CRP, SIT, UAT, Performance)
Partner with Business for Readiness activities, including communication, end-user training and access, data conversion, and cutover strategy
Ensure compliance with internal controls/Governance
Work within established SDLC project management methodology to manage relationship between FED IT, FED Sales and Business teams with regards to scope, deliverables, and timing to support efficient portfolio delivery
Define transition/training plan for hand-off to appropriate Production support groups
Desired experience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development)/TDD (Test Driven Development)
Familiar with TFS as Requirements Repository
Experience working in Agile/Sprint Deliverable environment.
Prefer Bachelor's degree and with 2 years' experience in SFDC Lightning and/or Siebel IP2016
Experience with business and workflows is desired
Good understanding of business process and systems flows, and ability to consider implications to current and future state business environment
Strong analytical and problem solving
Strong requirements documentation abilities are required
Ability to decide, act, and influence others
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills
Desired experience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development)/TDD (Test Driven Development)
Familiar with TFS as Requirements Repository
Experience working in Agile/Sprint Deliverable environment.
