Location: Charlotte, NC

• Manage the successful implementation of CRM projects, by implementing packaged applications such as Salesforce.com and Oracle CRM on Demand.
• Responsible for the end to end delivery including requirements gathering and analysis to successful deployment and maintenance of applications.
• Responsible for analysis of the solution, creating the project plans, monitoring the project execution, managing change requests, communicating project progress to stakeholders as per the communications plan, balancing stakeholder needs and expectations etc.
• Responsible to led the design, testing and implementation of enterprise applications, developing the project assets such as quality plans, risk management plans, schedules, effort estimates and cost estimates, providing project status updates, interfacing with the client management teams and financial management of project resources.
• Responsible for enterprise application integration with Salesforce and Oracle CRM On Demand to enable clients to integrate their CRM systems with other business applications such as Oracle EBS etc.
