Job Title Project Manager- Salesforce (Home- Based)
Job Description
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Lead projects to support the Virtual Care Sales Organization for whom also have in depth CRM experience, primarily in Salesforce.com. You will be responsible for the development and management of overall sales projects, collaborating across the business and will also serve as the CRM administrator for the group and including the migration of our unique instance of SFDC into the larger North America instance of SFDC. You will ensure integrity and delivery of multiple projects with respect to time, budget, scope, change, risk and resources. You will be instrumental in driving the accelerated growth and integration of the Virtual Health business across North America Market.

Job Description

You are responsible for:
- Establish and maintain project leadership across businesses, departments, stakeholders, vendors, and resources
- Act as an interface between the business and the technology delivery teams/third parties
- Leverage a solid understanding of the Salesforce product suite in order to validate solutions
- Communicate regularly with the leadership, sales team members, business partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure functionality meets business needs through a managed backlog and release plan
- Maintain a solid understanding of the systems, tools and processes that interface with SFDC as well as the other supporting systems and tools leveraged by the sales organization
- Triage new support/change requests raised by the business and any associated impact and prioritize as necessary
- Proactively identify risks, threats, or opportunities that could impact the success of the project,
- notifying the team and escalating issues when appropriate
- Monitor and manage project scope and schedule to ensure project stays on track
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year College or university
- 5+ years of CRM (Salesforce.com) experience
- 5+ years’ experience managing projects, resources and stakeholders
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Salesforce Administrator certifications or equivalent experience/expertise
- Experience with full-cycle Salesforce implementations and/or org merges
- Knowledgeable in Agile Project Management Methodology
- Possess a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Competent in change management
- Solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations and can articulate those to others
