Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Louisville, KY

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Here are the key requirements:

·       Must have 5+ years of technical and “project or product” management experience.

·       IT Project Manager is responsible for establishing and coordinating leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. 

·       Strong Project management, leadership skills and willingness to do what it takes to complete on-time delivery within the budget.

·       Ability to work in multi-framework (Waterfall and SAFe/Agile) environments, and experience in working collaboration with geographically distributed cross-functional teams and business partners.

·       Proven sense of high accountability and self-drive to take on and manage key initiatives and challenges with detail oriented.

·       Demonstrated experience in prioritizing, developing product roadmaps, plans and practical implementation of IT solutions in Agile methodology.

·       Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external stakeholders and resourceful to the management.

·       Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·       Problem solving ability with excellent analytical skills, able to think outside the box to solve problems while delivering results.

·       Excellent attention to details and consistent high quality work.

·       Ability to learn quickly and pick up skills as you go.

·       Experience in ServiceNow or similar Project management, team collaboration tools to manage requirements, project or product management activities to meet the objectives of the business and management.
