Job Title: Quality Assurance Test Engineer at Dallas, TX for a Full-time

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and implement test automation frameworks to increase development velocity while enhancing end-product quality.
• Educate existing QA and development teams in the effective use of new automation frameworks
• Evolve our Test Automation Framework to support current and future testing needs
• Work with DevOps Primes to create environment suitable for continual testing to support CI/CD goals
• Create and maintain tests using Selenium Webdriver and our custom Selenium driver.
• Setup Test Strategy and framework for large-scale systems (including C++ based proprietary services in data centers or in the cloud) to identify all the testing needs, including automation
• Drive the troubleshooting of automation issues and provide recommendations on automation tuning exercises.
• Responsible for mentoring of junior team members on automation test development.
• Lead and drive the definition, preparation and execution of automated end to end test cases
• Perform as a team lead for a group of 3-5 automated test engineers

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of automation testing experience
• Hands-on experience with coding test automation suites using tools such as Selenium
• Strong experience with Java
• Extensive experience in design, development and implementation of automated testing strategy and architecture
• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn, an openness to suggestions, and a desire to help others
• Linux and Windows Experience
