We are looking for Regional Vice President - Salesforce Practice. Details are as below.
Title: Regional Vice President - Salesforce Practice
Location: Atlanta, New York, Boston, Dallas, Chicago (Eastern & Central)
Mode of Hiring: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and grow direct sales business for CRMIT’s Services Portfolio across Salesforce, BI & Analytics and MuleSoft solutions in partnership with Salesforce, USA – Mid Market Team
- Directly build relationship with Salesforce team to partner in presales cycle for services opportunities on CRMIT’s area of expertise.
- Work closely with CRMIT consulting & solution team within US and Offshore team to ensure customer expectations are met
- Ensure CRMIT portfolio of services are positioned correctly to expand into the new accounts
- Present CRMIT portfolio of services, engage with Sr Executives/ Business owners to ensure contracts are closed within the margin guidelines of CRMIT
- Ensure quarterly revenue goals are achieved on consistent basis
- Build a strong sales organization to grow direct customers across USA.
Technology:
- Customer relationship management CRM software —Salesforce CRM covering Sales, Services, Customer360 Platform.
- Business intelligence and data analysis —Tableau, Einstein Analytics
- MuleSoft Integration Services — API Integration services using MuleSoft Solutions
Expectations from Candidates:
- Proven experience in the past, worked with Salesforce SI’s for services opportunity in the Mid-Market.
- Having the ability to convince customer to work on onshore/offshore model as an services partner to deliver quality services
- Able to present CRMIT portfolio of services, manage mid & executive level to ensure contracts are closed within the margin guidelines of CRMIT
- Should have 10+ years in Direct Service Sales including Sales Management and working with SF partnership for at least 4+ years of demonstrated experience selling services in the Salesforce technologies
- Should have vertical expertise in one of the three areas – HealthCare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Manufacturing.
Knowledge:
- Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes sales strategy and tactics to win new customers, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standard;:s for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and coordination of people and resources.
Revenue Goals & Compensation:
- Owns a direct revenue responsibility of 3.0 M and build a strong sales organization to achieve 10 -15 M Revenue
- Compensation will be in par with the industry standards and based on candidates fitment to the role.
