3.2| ||Full-time|4 hours ago| Full Job Description Marketing Automation Administrator Job Description Overview The marketing automation administrator is responsible for all aspects of the marketing automation platform (Marketo) including CRM Sync, Email Deliverability, Lead Management, Lead Lifecycle, Database Management, Database Governance, Reporting, User Management, and Process Documentation. Strategic responsibilities include program strategy, monitoring and analyzing, governance, training and playbook deployment. Execution functions include program development, system development, quality assurance, measurement and template execution. This role supports strategic marketing as a marketing administrator, reporting to the Marketing Operations and Technology Manager. Position can be remote. Roles/Responsibilities Manages the technical conceptualization of demand creation, nurturing, scoring, and routing program strategy Creates nurturing, scoring, and routing programs to support the marketing organization Creates emails, landing pages, forms and reports within the MAP, including templates for use by others within the marketing function Oversee email deliverability including proper MAP setup and maintenance programs Documents MAP processes, programs and procedures Monitors and reports on effectiveness related to tactics and programs managed by the MAP and related applications Standardizes, cleanses and uploads contact lists into the MAP Collaborate with the demand center and/or field marketing teams to ensure there is a cohesive creation, execution and testing/optimization strategy to increase engagement Trains marketing resources on how to run reports and accomplish basic tasks within the MAP Manages the MAP database including crm sync, support, database standardization and cleanup initiatives Organizational Interlocks Marketing operations Field marketing Product marketing Sales operations Web marketing Technologies Supporting the Role MAP (Marketo) Sales force automation (Salesforce) Content management/Web content management Business intelligence Web analytics HTML editor Marketing resource management Background/Experience Bachelor’s degree, ideally in computer science, marketing or business, or comparable experience Two or more years of administering a sales force automation (SFA) system Two or more years of MAP administration experience Marketo Certified Expert required, Marketo System Architect a plus One or more years of experience in demand creation related activities (email, trade shows, search engine optimization/search engine marketing, event marketing) Team-player attitude, able to effectively communicate with various departments/stakeholders Experience working with business owners in defining reporting and data requirements Strong independent project management skills Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion Highly organized and self-motivated Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment IND123 Job Requirements Background/Experience Bachelor’s degree, ideally in computer science, marketing or business, or comparable experience 2 or more years of administering a sales force automation (SFA) system 2 or more years of MAP administration experience Marketo Certified Expert required, Marketo System Architect a plus One or more years of experience in demand creation related activities (email, trade shows, search engine optimization/search engine marketing, event marketing) Team-player attitude, able to effectively communicate with various departments/stakeholders Experience working with business owners in defining reporting and data requirements Strong independent project management skills Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion Highly organized and self-motivated Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment EEO Statement: Windstream is an equal opportunity employer.
