Location Watertown MA (100%Remote)

Day to Day:

• Complete and conduct use case testing on our Marketing Cloud Connect implementation, ensuring that we can utilize reports from Custom Objects as our data extensions, and that information is flowing seamlessly to and from the CRM
• Train the Marketing Cloud Admin on general use of the Marketing Cloud, using the data extensions, Journey Builder, and best practices
• Create APIs from internal and external data sources, including SQL, and vendor portals like SmartWorks
• Ensure that opt-out preferences are maintained
• Complete extensive platform testing
• Create a manual documenting the configuration, day-two recommendations, etc.
• Work with the Marketing Cloud and CRM Admins to build and deploy successful communication journeys
• Example journeys include customer onboarding email series and nurturing journeys involving email, social media, and SMS

Must Haves:

• Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification, required
• Strong data management capabilities, including experience with the Data Loader, Data Wizard, and Dataloader.io
• Experience completing Marketing Cloud Connect for a company with existing data on both platforms
• Self-starter, collaborative
• Strong documentation skills - experience creating manuals, project briefs, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pluses:

• Salesforce Admin Certification, preferred
