This position is responsible for designing and building secure, scalable solutions on the Salesforce.com Platform working with other IT Staff, and Key Users to develop and implement a common platform to be used across all lines of business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with business objectives

• Manage and deliver business functionality and solutions under tight timelines.

• Lead day to day development activities on the salesforce.com
• Support the creation of customizations and integrations required to solution delivery

• Configure the Salesforce.com application based on the business requirements

• Model new custom objects and fields to support business requirements

• Develop custom applications using APEX, JavaScript, Visual Force, AJAX, HTML, CSS

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs

• Apply best practices and experience to build Salesforce.com applications

• Understand Salesforce security and apply the Organization Wide Default, sharing patterns, profiles or permissions to your applications

• Collaborate with team members to apply abstractions and service-orientation to foster scalability

• Develop Test classes and automation to validate business logic and avoid production issues

• Work closely with other IT development and support staff

• Research Salesforce.com capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provide gap analysis

• Ability to think strategically about technology and recommend solutions that align with business strategy and achieve the greatest business impact.

• Develop estimates and documentation for projects

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work in a changing environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with executive levels of management, staff and clients required.

• Ability to conduct escalation and mitigation of issues, risks, and business impacts

• Working understanding of Agile and Continuous Delivery principles

• Solid project management and business analyst skills and experience

• Experience with various reporting and analytics tools

• Minimum 3 years of application design and development experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing and customizing Salesforce.com application via web services,

Qualifications & Prior Experience:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related degree or equivalent experience

• Previous experience providing technology support in a professional office environment.

• Previous experience with security & compliance such as PCI, HIPPA, SOX, GDPR
• Background check is required
