This position is responsible for administering our existing Salesforce platform as well as designing and building secure, scalable solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. Duties & Responsibilities: Lead continuous administration, analysis and reporting activities on the Salesforce.com platform. Support the creation of customizations and integrations required to solution delivery. Configure and update Salesforce.com implementation based on agency requirements. Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs. Apply best practices and experience to build Salesforce.com applications and implement extensions. Research Salesforce.com capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provide gap analysis. Think strategically about technology and recommend solutions that align with organizational vision, strategy and achieve the greatest business impact. Develop estimates and documentation for projects. Skills & Competencies Exceptional problem-solvers. Ability to work in a changing environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with executive levels of management, staff and clients required. Ability to conduct escalation and mitigation of issues, risks, and business impacts. Working understanding of Agile and Continuous Delivery principles. Solid project management and business analyst skills and experience. Experience with various reporting and analytics tools. Minimum 3 years of Salesforce.com administration, application design, and development experience. Qualifications & Prior Experience: Advanced degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related degree or equivalent experience. Previous experience providing technology support in a nonprofit environment (preferred). Previous experience with data security & compliance.
