Required Skills:

• 3+ years' experience performing Salesforce configuration and administration for Service/Support components
• 3+ years' experience with Salesforce Automation
• Experience working with Communities, KBAs, Queues, SLAs, CSAT, ChatBots. Omni-Channel, case layout, workflow and fields
• Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model / architecture and security model from scratch
• Experience with intelligent ticket routing based on ticket origin, content and/or agent skillset
