What You Will Be Doing

The Salesforce Project Manager serves as the strategic lead for translating business requirements into solid, technical Salesforce solutions. This position manages the data team, coaches the organization on Salesforce best practices and ensures that all Salesforce projects are executed.

" Lead the data team, serving as the main point of contact for design requirements.
" Provide clear project tracking, prioritizing, and mapping each of the organizations needs from assignment to completion.
" Use Salesforce knowledge and experience to discover and implement Salesforce solutions that serve the organizations vision.
" Simultaneously coordinate the release of multiple Salesforce changes, improvements and enhancements, while remaining agile to accommodate Open Doors evolving needs.
" Clearly communicate and provide full transparency on project status for a range of stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with staff and vendors who use Salesforce to ensure strong cross-group collaboration.
" Negotiate with vendors and hold them accountable for delivering quality, on-schedule work.
" Coordinate testing and ensure all technical solutions meet the organizations business requirements. This includes facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives and demos.

Must-haves

" Extensive knowledge of the salesforce platform and solution set
" Experience managing projects related to Salesforce improvements and implementations
" Ability to implement testing and ensure solutions fully meet business requirements
" Competency at coordinating data migration, integration, and mapping
" Ability to work independently
" Flexibility to work across multiple areas, teams and projects
" Minimum of 5 years experience managing projects related to Salesforce improvements and implementations.
" Ability to travel within the US.
