Must be and eligible for a Secret Level Clearance. ExperisManpowerGroup has partnered with a Federal Integrator to assist them in identifying a Remote Salesforce Technical and Development Lead. Job DescriptionResponsibilities The Salesforce Development Lead will be part of an agile team that develops enhancements to an enterprise-grade Salesforce instance that is in the process of global deployment. The lead will provide technical leadershipmentoring, while still being rooted in day-to-day software delivery tasks Manage the development teams workload and collaborate with developers, BAs, and architects across all phases of the SDLC Assist in the development of technical designs and estimates for user stories Use strong knowledge of SF, OOP, data modeling, and systems integration to provide feedback to developers through code and architecture reviews Work to improve the team's alignment to modern development best practices (version control, CICD, unit testing, etc.) Monitor 3rd party integrations for necessary upgradesmaintenance Support the investigation and resolution of software defects Assist with long term project planning and help prepare AoAs that compare different solutions and approaches.
