What You Will Be Doing
- You'll be working on our IT Applications team and report to our Sr. Manager, IT Applications (Lead to Quote).
- It's a great time to join, we have recently completed a multiyear and multimillion-dollar initiative transitioning to a full SaaS system landscape along with reengineering all back and front office business processes.
- Design, implement and support Sales related business processes and system
- Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization
- Help understand current SFDC best practices and provide recommendations for future growth and scalability
- 4+ years working experience
- SalesForce
- SFDC Administrator working with Sales, Channel and Marketing functional areas
- Understanding of key end to end CRM processes
- SalesForce Lightning
- Agile methodologies
- Salesforce Admin Certified
- Salesforce App Builder Certified
