RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client, a growing company in the Phoenix, AZ area is seeking a Remote Sr. Salesforce Developer. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager.


Responsibilities:
* Develop software development strategies
* Assist in analysis and procurement of productivity tools as needed
* Design, code, and test a variety of custom business applications
* Work with peers to develop end-to-end testing and quality assurance procedures and plans
* Develop Cloud solutions including Journeys, integrations, data extensions and building email templates
* Discuss business requirements with business analysts, end-users, and management, and develop these into technical requirements, system design, functional specifications and specifications with business
* Assist in development of project plans, budgets and resource requirements
* Understand user stories to build and document technical requirements from which to develop
* Monitor system performance and code quality of other team members
* Assist in defining project success criteria
* Maintain a clear history of code through the use of source control tools
* Build scalable solutions and 'smart' code that can be reused in the future
* Work with Architect to create (POC) solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* BS degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience with software development
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce development including Apex and Visualforce
* Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce administration
* Working knowledge of SOAP and REST data transmission protocols

Demonstrated deep technical knowledge with the following:
* Visualforce, JavaScript, Apex, Triggers, and Salesforce APIs
* Knowledge of the Salesforce Data Model for declarative functionality versus apex infrastructure
* Familiarity with Agile Development processes
* Be aware of opportunities to stabilize and enhance our CRM ecosystem
* Current Certification for Salesforce Administrator & Platform Developer I
* Experience with Marketing Cloud including Journeys, integrations, data extensions and building email templates is a plus but not required
* Ability to work remotely Preferred
* Experience with Gearset
* Experience with Five9
