Group/Division The Information Technology (IT) group at KLA is involved in every aspect of the global business. Responsibilities Reporting and SAP CRM System Analyst who will work closely with Service business to determine requirements and write functional requirements specifications in an appropriate level of detail. Strong experience in leading and conducting requirements gathering sessions with end customers. Provide a business process engineering perspective during design review for projects. Own and perform integration testing and manage User Testing and identify resulting gaps. Main data source is from SAP CRM and SAP ECC systems. Good testing and troubleshooting acumen for reporting enhancements, projects and issues. Recommends new ideas and/or efficiency opportunities around reporting. Works on and coordinates multiple reporting deliverables and related projects independently and in a team environment. Documents all BKMs and provides support as needed. Experience in project roll-out in preparing test plans, training documents and conducting UAT Experience in project roll-out in preparing test plans, training documents conducting testing and facilitating user acceptance Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills required - skills required - high level English language communication skill, oral and written at peer and to senior level management. Demonstrated accomplishments under challenging situations and constraints. Qualifications Master’s Degree or higher in Math, Computer Science or equivalent Strong analytical and statistical experience Strong BI Reporting experience: MS Excel VBA & Macro programming, MS PowerBI, Power Query, Functional skills with SAP CRM and/or ECC systems Able to effectively communicate with peers, management and cross-functional stakeholders Strong presentation skills Familiar with MS Office applications Minimum Qualifications Master's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience.ORBachelor's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
