Quick Apply |Full-time|1 hour ago| Full Job Description Mendon Truck leasing and Rental is currently seeking an outgoing, customer focused Truck Sales Coordinator to help support our Sales team and customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Salesforce o Use Salesforce and keep account database up to date o Crate new Salesforce accounts o Provide Salesforce support to the sales team o Enter information on behalf of the sales representatives when needed o Make sure all interaction with customer is being recorded by you or the sales representatives · Provide excellent customer service with every interaction · Quickly and accurately handle customer/field inquiries · Evaluate and implement billing process improvements to streamline billing activities and ensure accurate invoices to customers · Work closely with CEO assisting with sales, new leads, documentation, customer and sales representative’s communication · Other projects as assigned by the supervisor · This position is located at our corporate offices in Brooklyn, NY Work schedule: Must be available to work from 8am until 5pm. Salary between 45 and 50k (based on experience) Qualifications: PROFICIENCY WITH SALESFORCE SOFTWARE REQUIRED High school diploma required Excellent customer service skills required Experience in the truck industry a plus · Experience in the transportation industry a must · Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job · Strong interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers · Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills as you’ll be handing inbound and outbound calls from multiple sources · Ability to type, listen and think of an appropriate solution to your customer's needs all while keeping up a lively verbal exchange. · Basic math, logic, geography and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to follow specific instructions are also required · Strong personality and attention to details Benefits: The ability to gain exposure across our business, which can help you move your career forward into other growth opportunities.
