Our client who are a Salesforce End User are looking for a Operations Director with Salesforce experience. The role is London based and is a permanent opportunity.
The role is to lead an all-star team of 4 who maintain our clients systems and processes for the Sales, Customer Success and Marketing functions. The role is for a people manager who can drive and maintain the functions of the team.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following experiences to be considered for the position:
- Have the right to work in the UK without further sponsorship
- As a minimum have a Salesforce Administration Certification
- Have experience of dealing with budgets of at least a £1,000,000
- Have a technical understanding of Salesforce
- Have solid experience of leading a team
- Have solid stakeholder management e
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of at least four
- Managing budgets
- Stakeholder management
- Working alongside the operations team on projects
