About the role
Having completed our series B fundraise and with exciting strategic partnerships, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help build and execute optimised and scalable sales processes.
Reporting to our Head of Business Development, you’ll join a growing Sales Operations team that’s building a world-class sales platform to help the business scale. You’ll be the team’s go-to Salesforce guru, developing our processes, documenting enhancements and providing essential support to users.

The impact you’ll have
As a Sales Operations Manager, you’ll help drive the business forward by owning and executing key steps in the sales process in particular from the automation perspective (including monitoring, dashboards, reports, insights, feedback etc). You will own the SalesForce system here at MarketFinance. You’ll use your operational mindset to identify areas of improvement and automation.
You’ll help to develop our Salesforce instance and get involved in the implementation of improvement and required changes. You’ll make sure processes and Salesforce enhancements are documented, building the foundation for easily scalable tools and processes. We’ll also look to you to ensure clean data and CRM hygiene by implementing Salesforce rules and policies.
You’ll use your deep understanding of the sales process to provide essential support as well as training to our Salesforce users. You will be a bridge-builder between Sales and Tech and you will be included in all product discussions. This is a great opportunity to gain strong stakeholder management experience as you ensure that the Commercial team operates smoothly and facilitate collaboration across the business, in particular for Commercial, Product, Risk & Tech teams.
Requirements
About you
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Partner with stakeholders to develop processes, policies and best-in-class systems for scalable growth
- Can describe the steps you’ll take to optimise processes, clearly outlining your plan to roll out solutions while ensuring maximum adoption
- Identify operational inefficiencies and drive cross-functional improvement initiatives
- Work with various stakeholders to analyze business needs, elicit requirements and design solutions that enable the business to achieve its objectives, improve user experience, and drive system adoption
- Understanding the basics of APEX coding and Salesforce deployment; development experience is a plus
- Know your way around a marketing automation tool e.g. Pardot or similar
- Provide on-site support ensuring stability of existing products and adoption of technology solutions
- Feel comfortable supporting users and interacting with multiple stakeholders; defining business requirements, communicating urgency/importance and intelligently pushing back when needed
- Serve as an agent of change and drive effective communication to all business stakeholders
- Establish and grow relationships with cross-functional partners such as Finance, Risk, Tech, Product etc
- Are results-oriented; ready to drive tangible milestones with constrained resources and willing to get your hands dirty
- Assist with Sales Enablement as needed, including documenting workflows and delivering in-person trainings to a variety of teams
- Identify, document, communicate and enforce standard business processes as they relate Salesforce
- Have Salesforce Admin experience (looking after an instance, building flows, using process builder and leverage 3rd party applications)
Experience, Skills, And Knowledge Required
- 2+ years of professional experience with a focus in Sales or Business Operations.
- Salesforce Certification(s), or equivalent experience
- Excellent communicator and collaborator while able to work with both technical and non-technical teams
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, self-driven, and make pragmatic decisions when necessary
- Experience integrating Salesforce with internal systems such as Marketing Automation
- Understanding of advertising and sales terminology and metrics
- Creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner who is comfortable with navigating ambiguity with clear ability and experience of adapting to change
