In this role, you have the opportunity to
Create and modify existing business processes to support our North America Market to Order and Order to Cash processes. You will be part of our business process expert team and will act as a consultant for the Sales, Marketing, Global Business Service Center, Operations, and Service.
To perform this job successfully an individual must be highly organized, detailed focused, and a Salesforce expert. Working knowledge and/or possessing a functional understanding of FinancialForce, SAP, and ServiceMax platforms to support the Transformation Office Management Team are ideal.
For this position, you will reside in or within commuting distance to Alpharetta, GA; Cambridge, MA; or Nashville, TN. Sponsorship and relocation benefits are not offered for this position.
You are responsible for (but not limited to)
End-to-end expertise in platforms & operational processes for the market to order and order to cash processes
Manage and support the design, build and lead the deployment of new capabilities (process, tool, people, data) for professional services
Oversees the business processes for all identified departments and functional areas
Meet with key business stakeholders to prepare a business case, scope, assumptions, and deliverables for projects
Partner with Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Operations to streamline business processes and improve employee productivity
Analyzes inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend specific changes to effect improved efficiencies
Drive harmonization initiative with product experts in operational processes such as customer-facing documents and order booking processes
Self-starter who takes initiative, values impact over effort, and is motivated to drive performance
Maintain, develop, and safeguard relevant processes and KPIs according to standard architecture as part of the Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF)
Provides documentation, training material, and training of staff on new policies, process, and procedures
Able to change the thinking of or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Identify and assess future changes or process improvements to the automated reporting landscape
Work with back-office IT team to resolve system issues
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Salesforce, required
Salesforce Certifications, highly preferred, but not required
Skilled in SAP, preferred/recommended
Knowledge/functional experience in FinancialForce and/or ServiceMax desired
Advanced analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develops integrated, creative solutions
Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization build consensus and to work through others in achieving goals and objectives
Structured, organized, and stress-resilient personality able quickly to understand the issues and bring together necessary resources to resolve them
Ability to handle multiple planned and unplanned tasks, roles, and responsibilities
Pragmatic business acumen, understanding the value of standard work and practical solutions

Consists of members of the North America Commercial Operations Health Systems, Transformation team. For this position, you will report to the Business Process Expert Leader.
