Renewal by Andersen windows is the custom division of Andersen® windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen® was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

We are headquartered in Carmel, IN and looking to expand our administrative team by filling a key role within the organization as an IT Support Specialist with Salesforce experience. All requirements and responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

What You Do:

IT

• First line support on all general IT troubleshooting (general Desktop/Laptop, Chromebook, VoIP phones, hardware and software issues)
• Help with user maintenance across custom software packages
• Assist in the setup of mobile hardware including Apple iPads and Android tablets
• Create technical documents that will include established processes, protocols, and procedures
• Manage hardware inventory in asset management software
• Working knowledge of Google Admin and Microsoft 365 account administration is a plus

Salesforce Administration

• Create solutions for application development in Rforce by working with department managers
• Serve as a point of contact for Salesforce questions and concerns
• Train internal departments on Salesforce changes, specifically helping with our company's transition from Classic to Lightning

What You Need:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT position in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems
• Must be able to periodically carry loads up to 30 pounds and regularly maneuver around office equipment
• Ability to periodically travel to remote offices is a plus
• Strong internal customer resolution and communication skills
• Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus

What You Get:

• Competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
