This role is a Salesforce.com expert, who have extensive experience and knowledge in the Salesforce.com and related solutions. The role closely collaborates with business leaders in identifying business process improvement and technology solution that will meet their business needs and priorities. Primary responsibilities/essential functions: Manages the business Supports development of overall CRM vision, strategy and roadmap Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories Discover product opportunities that are valuable, usable and feasible Focus on client experience Proactively manage strategic business relationships with business leaders in their respective business segments and identify area of improvement Collaborates with business partners in shaping solutions through changes in strategy, business processes, and technology Develops the business case for proposed business initiatives, including expected business benefits, cost analysis, gap and risk analysis, alternative options considered and final recommendation. Presents recommendation to senior business leaders Maintains an in-depth understanding of Salesforce.com and business segment, by staying abreast of current industry and Salesforce.com trends through research and participating in industry conferences Identifies, researches, and prioritizes new product development and enhancements or changes to our current market offerings, based on business plan priorities, market and customer needs Project management and leadership Manages large-scale initiatives and projects across multiple departments Sets milestones and target dates, addresses and resolves issues and communicates the status of the project to senior-level management and external constituents Provides guidance and leadership for the team by ensuring business value is met through processes and technology Delegate tasks to the Business Analysts to ensure that they are soliciting business requirements, have a strong understanding of business goals/objectives and continue to share best practices Clarifies and structures ambiguous business problems through complete understanding of issues, needs and outcomes Provides department and team support Serves as a knowledge resource to the business and technology areas Acts as a resource and mentor to Business Analysts within the group Skills/qualifications: Detail oriented, strategic thinker who can see the big picture and distill I into prioritized, actionable tasks Exhibits knowledge in current and possible future trends, technology and information affecting the department/business area Ability to lead and manage projects of significant scope across the organization Effective in leading/facilitating with senior business leaders on broad/controversial topics inside and ourside the organization Intellectually curious with strong analytical skills in areas of high complexity Demonstrates initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions Effective written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders Ability to collaborate and develop/maintain working relationships insides and outside the organization to enable effective completion of business objectives Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
