The Engagement Lead owns the development of implementation activities, and sustain readiness.

Work with the stream leads, business analysts, and business specialists to gather and validate business requirements and ensure all requirements are processed according to the program sprint schedule.

Help to translate the needs of the business into clear functional specifications from which a solution can be developed.

Ensure the team has the proper information necessary to build requirements documents

Using program methodologies execute functional test scripts to ensure development is fit for Production

Provide input to technical training material and ensure development sustain teams are adequately trained.

Provide support and coaching of technical process across their team including onboarding and technical mentoring for team members.
