Must have - Health Cloud or Service Cloud with healthcare background

Experience needed: Health Cloud or Service Cloud with healthcare background. Will run on an underlying service cloud implementation so if they have Service Cloud in the healthcare vertical that will work. Needs healthcare vertical.

1. Solid BSA/ consultant experience with good soft skills and stakeholder management skills
2. Deep domain experience in HealthCare industry is a must

• Experience in member/ provider service centre projects is a huge plus

1. Good knowledge and experience in SFDC HealthCloud.

• Any candidate with ServiceCloud experience or similar products also can be considered. But 1&2 above are must.
