Role : Salesforce - Technical Architect

Location : New Jersey

Duration : Long Term

Project Delivery Responsibilities:

Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations

Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform

Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states

Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects

Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states

Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed

Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation

Manage to client expectations

Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role

Qualifications:

5+  years CRM experience, the majority specifically with Salesforce.

As an Architect with experience in Sales module and a thorough understanding of the data model & Data Modelling

Health cloud implementation experience preferred

Salesforce lightning

8+ years of experience in application architecture with Salesforce Cloud development.

Experience developing applications in other technologies, such as Java, or .Net

Experience with doing Fit-Gap analysis between Client Requirements and Salesforce functions

Firm understanding of web application design and analysis, design patterns, and object-oriented design

Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback

Experience in multiple web technologies including: XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX / JavaScript, Web Services/SOAP, SQL

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with client management

Working knowledge of multiple web and application tier technologies: Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, Apache Http, open source packages

Experience with project automation technology: Jenkins, automated unit testing, Maven, Ant

Health cloud implementation experience preferred

Experience with health and human services (HHS) programs will be a plus
