My client is looking to add a Salesforce Admin to their growing team. They will be responsible for administering Salesforce within the Data, Analytics, Technology and Strategy team with the Global Marketing Group. The scope of this role covers all stages of an initiative from gathering requirements, development, testing, training, deployment, and on-going support. This person will report to the Solution Architect and work with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Location: 100% REMOTE

Interview Process: Video Interviews Must haves:
· Handle functions within Salesforce including user maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, process builders, and the addition of new features
· Complete internal system audits, monitor overall health and performance, and prepare for releases.
· Proactively address user concerns.
· Act as a liaison to the users and the development and engineering team.
· Manage the user feedback loop and recommend enhancements to be considered for release.
· Document business and development requirements.
· Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development efforts.
· Contribute to the development of documentation such as functional and technical design specifications.
· Develop training content, perform training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set
