Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Salesforce.com in an Enterprise environment
- Hands on Experience with:
- Page Layouts
- Record Types
- Assignment Rules (Lead and Case)
- Email to Case
- Workflow
- Creating Custom Objects and Fields
- Creating and Maintaining Outbound Messages
- Knowledge
- Data Loader
- Salesforce for Outlook
- Lighting Experience preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Role: Provide on-going support and system administration to quickly fix production issues with Salesforce.com and provide on-going maintenance. Role involves 80 % of advanced Salesforce admin duties and 20 % business analyst role. Working with business users independently. Excellent communication skills needed.
- Work and deliver under tight timeline and ability to multi-task.
- Participate and lead in technical discussions.
- Work with business representatives, understand and manage business requirements, refine and develop user stories.
- Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools into a solution to support our business unit clients.
